Develop a Header/Title

• Create a brief and intriguing title that accurately reflects the content of your submission. Titles must NOT contain any explicit content.

Instructions

• If you are submitting only a piece of writing, you may leave the image sections blank.
• If you are submitting only a piece of artwork, you may leave the writing sections blank.
• If you are submitting both a piece of writing and a piece of artwork, please complete both sections.
